What's new

The latest changes to ORION Command, ORION Connect and the ORION Force app.

  1. ORION COMMAND

    Face check controls and safer guard records

    • Each guard's profile now shows their face check status: on, declined or not asked yet.
    • Managers can reset face check for a guard. Their saved face data is deleted and they set it up again at their next sign-on.
    • A guard with timesheets, pay or other work records can no longer be removed by mistake. Make them inactive instead, and their records stay on file.
  2. ORION FORCE

    Your face data, your choice

    • When you turn face check off, your saved face data is now deleted straight away.
    • Your face data is also deleted when you no longer work for any company on ORION.
  3. ORION CONNECT

    A new ORION Connect

    • Every page redesigned for desktop and phone, with plain words throughout.
    • Help and support in one place: ask the assistant, read help articles and follow your cases.
    • A cleaner sign-in page and the new ORION logo.
